As part of Waldron’s Operations team, Michelle serves as the IT Help Associate, supporting all team members with their technological needs. She helps systems run smoothly and assists colleagues with everyday IT issues, keeping the organization connected and productive.
Michelle began her IT career at just fifteen, attending Monroe County Technical Institute (MCTI) for Computer Networking and Security. Her professional journey includes five years with Geek Squad, followed by three years in the IT Department at Mount Airy Casino Resort & Spa, where she strengthened her technical and customer service expertise.
Originally from Albany, New York, Michelle is new to the Pittsburgh area and now resides in McKeesport. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, reading, and exploring outdoors.
