Shannon serves as a Human Resource Associate and works on a variety of Human Resource tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm.
She earned a Human Resource Management degree and a minor in Political Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhurst University. She also holds a SHRM-CP certification. Prior to officially joining the Waldron team, she served as a Human Resource intern.
At Waldron, she administers and executes human resource programs such as onboarding and offboarding, promotions and job changes, compensation, benefits, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale. She also specializes in overseeing and maintaining the functions of our HRIS system. She is an active member of SHRM, where she stays up-to-date with the latest employment regulations, critical workplace issues, and human capital business trends.
Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys strength training, biking, hiking, and watching the Pittsburgh Penguins.
