Jess is an Executive Assistant at Waldron, where she provides senior-level administrative support to the firm’s partners.
With over a decade of experience, Jess is a vital member of the Operations team, helping streamline daily logistics and ensuring efficiency for Waldron’s executives and their teams.
Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Arts in Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut, reflecting her commitment to both professional growth and personal development.
Before joining Waldron, Jess spent 11 years in Durham, NC, where she built a solid foundation in executive support through various roles in Student Affairs and Alumni Engagement & Development at Duke University. Most recently, she gained valuable experience as the Executive Assistant at Salem Investment Counselors’ Durham office.
Originally from PA, Jess is thrilled to be back in her home state and to regularly indulge in her favorite sports of skiing, wakeboarding, and paddle boarding. She also has a deep love for animals, having previously trained marine animals. Currently residing in Canonsburg, PA, Jess enjoys exploring the Pittsburgh area by taking spontaneous adventures with friends.
