It’s an exciting time at our office! Waldron Private Wealth was ranked among the Best Places to Work by the Pittsburgh Business Times, coming in No. 2 in the large category.
This was the 13th consecutive year Waldron appeared in the rankings, which are based on the results of employee surveys that ask about job satisfaction, salary satisfaction, perspectives on management and more. Waldron is also the only wealth management firm to rank in the large category (50-149 employees).
“Firms nationwide are facing ongoing challenges in maintaining positive work environments, overall employee satisfaction and company culture — and that makes this recognition so much more fulfilling,” Waldron Private Wealth President Matt Helfrich said. “Right after providing superior service for our clients, creating the best workplace we possibly can is our priority. When we continue to appear on lists like this one — and strive to lead them — it not only reinforces that we’re doing things the right way, it also makes us attractive to top talent and, therefore, helps us provide the best results for clients.”
