Courtney implements improvements for the overall operational efficiency of the firm. This entails assisting in the design and execution of critical policies and procedures; aiding employees with technical products and services; and developing plans for communication, training and other operations projects.
Courtney joined Waldron in 2019. Previously, Courtney worked as a Client Service Administrator at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs company. Courtney is a true Pittsburgh native. She grew up in the South Hills suburbs and graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh. When she’s not lending a helping hand at Waldron, you can find her skiing down the slopes at Seven Springs or exploring downtown Pittsburgh.
