Marcus specializes in Talent Acquisition.
For more than 3 years, Marcus has been helping organizations develop and expand on their recruiting and hiring processes. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Slippery Rock University, and prior to joining the Waldron team, he served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Chemistry Agency and an Admissions Counselor at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. A lifelong learner, he has continued his education through SHRM recruiting programs.
At Waldron, Marcus builds long-term relationships with candidates by guiding them through the hiring process.
Outside of the office, Marcus enjoys playing hockey, traveling, and attending sporting events. He resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with his wife, Lexie, and their dog, Tucker.
